super charge our own abilities and be a part of something bigger than ourselves. He gives great tips on finding the core group
of people who want to be great. These
people look at work like a sport. They
want to:

- · Growing, trying new things, failing, solving problems and creating a better solution.
I agree that when there is a good work environment that has
been fostered, you feel good about yourself, do things you never thought
possible. He admonishes entrepreneurs to
take good care of these core people when you find them!
